CASE STUDY: FNOL REPORTING

OVERVIEW

Proservartner worked alongside a global insurer focused on casualty coverage who were looking to modernise the way the handled over 37k FNOL (First Notice Of Loss) reports. Our client were growing in size and realised that they could no longer rely solely on the manual FNOL process they had in place. Every year, offshore teams of 22 full-time employees had to manage around 37,500 cases across layers of administrative systems, and with varying document formats.

WE DELIVERED

Proservartner were able to integrate bots which replicated tasks such as basic data entry from disparate sources, creation and sending of acknowledgement letters and archiving of files. This is a great example of how multiple bots can handle different elements in an end-to-end process.

OUR RESULTS

Improved accuracy and accelerated claims processing helped cut FNOL handling time in half, this equates to around £500k of annual savings each year.
