looking to modernise the way the handled over 37k FNOL (First Notice Of Loss) reports. Our
client were growing in size and realised that they could no longer rely solely on the manual
FNOL process they had in place. Every year, offshore teams of 22 full-time employees had to
manage around 37,500 cases across layers of administrative systems, and with varying
document formats.
