    for the on-boarding of new employees.

  • Scope system requirements using use cases and user requirements
  • Identify and manage stakeholders through change
  • Define change and communications strategies and execute on those plans
  • Scope and define process SLA, KPI,segregation, approval hierarchy and control points
  • Design the future state TO BE process, and;
  • Technically build the workflow, input forms, output emails, approval channels, dashboards and reporting
