Proservartner worked alongside an accounting firm who had complex process for their transactions. This took up valuable time and resources that could be better spent on high- value projects.
The challenge
A complex process meant that in order to process a transaction, three different departments needed to use five applications, taking forty minutes each. With ten transactions a month over six hours were being lost on this task.
What we delivered
We designed and implemented a bot that was able to carry out processes including salary accounting and importing/exporting data between DATEV and SAP. It also checked that the different bookings were the same in both accounting systems.
The results
The company saw a return on investment in just five months and the robot had a 0% error rate. We were able to reduce manual effort by 25% and reduce processing time by 65%. This improved employee experience by allowing staff to focus on higher-value work, as well as ensured better financial tracking and compliance.
