Format
The roundtable will be 90 minutes long.
All information will be treated as confidential.
There is no cost for attending, however we do ask for active participation with cameras on.
Places are limited to 10 participants – these are assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Discussion
There are plenty of unanswered questions around the future operating models for businesses, especially when adapting to the workforce behaviour changes that we all expect on the back of Covid-19 (i.e. many more people working remotely or flexibly than ever before). We provide a unique opportunity to debate with other COOs the impact of recent events and new ways of working, on the future operating models and strategies of your organisation. Our roundtable will focus on how COOs need to adapt their strategies around talent development, training, remote working conditions, spans of control, risk management, locations and operational structures to adjust to the new normal.
Discussion
This roundtable discussion will involve senior leaders and industry experts covering the topics of:
- How can a COO manage this new level of complexity?
- How are COOs managing risk, the appetite to manage and change and the economic landscape?
- How can COOs turn today’s challenges into a source of competitive advantage?
- How can COOs build a business case to invest in online skills?
