Overview
In today’s modern education system, technology is playing a vital role in automating tasks, which are rule-based, repetitive, time-consuming and frustrating. Higher Education organisations have to manage and operate with limited resources with qualified IT staff members and a shortage of highly skilled support staff and so automation presents an opportunity to remove low-level tasks, free up staff time and increase operational efficiency.
Discussion
In our roundtable we will be assembling 20 leaders in the HE space for an informal discussion around:
- A brief overview of different technology suited to HE. The strong use cases for automation within HE.
- How can automation be sold to internal stakeholders?
- What is the real impact on staff?
- How do you develop a roadmap for automation?
