Problem statement

Yardi is the number one ERP System for Real Estate and Property Management. There are some clients that are happy with the implementation and using Yardi on a “business as usual” basis but there are a number that are struggling with optimising Yardi, both in terms of implementing new aspects of the system and running it as part of their daily business.

We will bring together a series of finance and business users as a user group to discuss some of those challenges with a focus on order to cash, procure to pay and record to report and identify how organisation are leveraging Yardi, the common issues that they are facing and the opportunities of improvement.

Discussion-based hypothesis

Talking points include:

• What were the major implementation challenges and how they were overcome?
• Have complementary hyperautomation solutions been used to enhance the platform and accelerate sustainable operations?
• Which preparation lessons have added the most value?
• How is it performing on a “business as usual” basis?

Format

This will be a 90-minute-long executive roundtable discussion. All information will be treated as confidential, and there will be no presentations and no suppliers. Our intention is to provide a forum to enable learning from peers and sharing experiences. Key notes will be shared after the session and there is no attendance cost.
