The roundtable will be 90 minutes long.

All information will be treated as confidential.

There is no cost for attending, however we do ask for active participation with cameras on.

Places are limited to 10 participants – these are assigned on a first come, first served basis.

Overview

Approximately 27m shared services staff are working almost exclusively from home with many reports of this continuing until at least June. On the plus side people are  losing travel time and having the opportunity to balance life and work a little more, but homeworking also limits human interaction – essential for product innovation, learning, quality assurance and conduct risk.

Moving to a work from home (WFH) environment was a greater shift for many organisations than one measured in kilometers.  Shared Services leaders are assessing lessons learned and measures of success to develop a Remote Shared Services Workforce that is sustainable across time, as this new operating model is now likely a popular option for our workforce.
