The roundtable will be 90 minutes long.

Approximately 27m shared services staff are working almost exclusively from home with many reports of this continuing until at least June. On the plus side people are  losing travel time and having the opportunity to balance life and work a little more, but homeworking also limits human interaction – essential for product innovation, learning, quality assurance and conduct risk.

Moving to a work from home (WFH) environment was a greater shift for many organisations than one measured in kilometers.  Shared Services leaders are assessing lessons learned and measures of success to develop a Remote Shared Services Workforce that is sustainable across time, as this new operating model is now likely a popular option for our workforce.

In our exclusive roundtable events, we gather 10 industry leaders to discuss and share our experiences including topics of:

  • What organisational models can support a remote workforce
  • Psychology and long-term impact of remote working
  • Practices to keep remote teams connected and productive
  • How best to empower your teams with technology to enable cross-functional collaboration
