Working within several high-profile consultancy firms, Phil has led multiple global transformation programmes and established best practice for the implementation of shared service centers.
An expert in process and data enrichment through technological enablement (Enterprise Resource Planning, Digitalisation, Robotic and Cognitive Process Automation architecture), Phil has become increasingly focussed on ensuring that business change is stretched by new technology and that ROI is realised. Phil is a qualified CIMA accountant, has an Executive MBA from Imperial College, London and is a certified programme leader (Design Thinking, ASAP, OUM, Scrum, PPM, Value Realisation and Lean).
